of <h1>Anti-dumping duty of USD 121.55/MT on Vietnamese hot-rolled flat steel for five years; one producer exempt, routed imports covered</h1> The government imposed anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled flat alloy/non-alloy steel (tariff headings 7208, 7211, 7225, 7226) originating in or exported from Vietnam after a designated authority found dumping, injury to domestic industry and threat of further injury; one identified producer is exempted, while imports from other producers/exporters are subject to a duty of USD 121.55 per metric tonne (payable in Indian currency) covering direct exports and shipments routed through other countries; the measure is effective for five years from notification and exchange rate for levy will follow applicable government notifications.
