        <h1>Import duty cap limits customs and AIDC liability on imported yellow peas when bill of lading is dated on or after Nov 1.</h1> Exempts imports of yellow peas from customs duty and Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess to the extent those duties exceed the specified capped standard and AIDC rates, subject to the condition that the Bill of Lading is issued on or after the first day of November, 2025; notification takes effect from that date.
