Central Government notifies 2.70 hectares at Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar as a Special Economic Zone for an IT/ITES project by M/s. Rackbank Datacenters Private Limited, confirming grant of a letter of approval for development, operation and maintenance under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The Government constitutes an Approval Committee with specified ex officio members and a developer representative as special invitee, and declares the SEZ to be deemed an Inland Container Depot under the Customs Act, 1962 from the notified commencement date.
