of <h1>Ministry of Finance amends anti-dumping duty notification to change Chinese exporter's name for HFC Component R-32 imports</h1> The Ministry of Finance issued an amendment to modify the exporter's name in an existing anti-dumping duty notification concerning Hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) Component R-32 imports from China. The designated authority had previously imposed anti-dumping duties on this product after finding evidence of dumping, material injury to domestic industry, and causal links between dumping and injury. A Chinese company requested a name change from its chemical division to refrigerants division. The designated authority determined this constituted only a name change without altering the business nature and recommended the amendment. The Central Government accordingly substituted the exporter's name in the original notification's table.
