of <h1>Central Government modifies Multi-Sector SEZ adding 7.5 hectares while de-notifying 36 hectares reducing total area</h1> The Central Government modified the Multi-Sector Special Economic Zone at Panapakkam Village, Ranipet District, Tamil Nadu, operated by a state industrial promotion corporation. The modification added 7.5030 hectares across 13 survey numbers in Nedumpuli and Agavalam villages while de-notifying 36.0785 hectares across 110 survey numbers in the same villages. This adjustment resulted in a net decrease, bringing the total SEZ area to 52.780657 hectares from the previously notified areas of 52.2065 hectares and 29.149657 hectares established in 2023 and 2024 respectively.
