The Central Government may seek input from stakeholders such as importers, exporters, and industry experts when formulating or amending the policy. While stakeholders are given a 30-day period to provide feedback, the government retains the right to make changes without consultation. If feedback is not incorporated, the government may explain its reasons unless doing so would compromise trade relations, security, or conflict with other policies. This amendment is designed to facilitate trade while maintaining government discretion.
