of <h1>Delhi Govt Relaxes Qualifications for Technical Member in GST Appellate Tribunal; AGMUT Cadre Officers Now Eligible.</h1> The Government of Delhi has issued a notification regarding the appointment of a Technical Member (State) in the State Benches of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal. Under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the qualification requirement for this position has been relaxed. Officers from the All India Service (Group 'A') of the AGMUT Cadre in the Delhi government, with at least fifteen years of service and a total of twenty-five years of service, are now eligible. This relaxation is valid for ten years from the notification's publication date. All other existing conditions remain applicable.
