<h1>Revised Customs Tariff Values Announced: New Rates for Oils, Metals, and More Effective November 30, 2024.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has amended the tariff values for various goods under the Customs Act, 1962, effective from November 30, 2024. The revised tariff values include crude palm oil at $1,119 per metric tonne, RBD palm oil at $1,127, and crude soybean oil at $1,117. Brass scrap is set at $5,220 per metric tonne. Gold and silver, benefiting from specific customs notifications, are valued at $850 per 10 grams and $978 per kilogram, respectively. Areca nuts remain unchanged at $6,552 per metric tonne. These changes supersede previous tables in the notification dated August 3, 2001.
