The SEZ is located in Gurgaon, Haryana, and is developed by Progressive Buildestate Private Limited, focusing on electronic hardware and software, including IT services. The appointed Director must follow the Central Government's instructions and report to the Department of Commerce and the Board of Approval on SEZs. Personal matters such as leave and transfers will be managed by the Department of Information Technology or the Software Technology Park of India.
