of <h1>Government Revokes SEZ De-Notification in Telangana; 4.827 Hectares Affected, Adheres to State Land Use Guidelines.</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. S.O. 4775 (E) dated 16.11.2021, concerning the de-notification of a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Information Technology and IT Enabled Services located in Pocharam Village, Telangana. M/s. Mindspace Business Parks Private Limited proposed to de-notify 4.827 hectares of the SEZ, which was approved by the State Government of Telangana and recommended by the Development Commissioner of the Visakhapatnam SEZ. The de-notified area will adhere to the state's land use guidelines. The rescission is effective except for actions taken prior to this decision.
