of <h1>Duty Concessions Expanded for Imports from Uganda, Rwanda, and Madagascar Under Customs Act Section 25(1)</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 96/2008-Customs, dated August 13, 2008, to include duty concessions on imports of specified goods from three additional Least Developed Countries: Uganda, the Republic of Rwanda, and Madagascar. This amendment is made under the authority of section 25(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, and is deemed necessary in the public interest. The changes are officially documented in Notification No. 113/2008, dated October 31, 2008, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
