of <h1>Telangana's Shayampet Village Gets 85.047 Hectares for Multi-Sector SEZ; Legal Requirements Met, Effective Dec 15, 2023.</h1> The Central Government has notified an area of 85.047 hectares in Shayampet Village, Geesugonda Mandal, Warangal District, Telangana, for the establishment of a Multi-Sector Special Economic Zone (SEZ) by a private company. The government has confirmed that all legal requirements under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, have been met, granting approval for the SEZ's development, operation, and maintenance. An Approval Committee has been constituted, comprising various government officials and representatives, to oversee the SEZ. The SEZ is designated as an Inland Container Depot effective from December 15, 2023.
