of <h1>Government Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duties on Polyester Film Effective May 10, 2001, Under Customs Tariff Act, 1975.</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. 141/2000-Customs, dated November 15, 2000, concerning the imposition of anti-dumping duties on polyester film. This decision, effective from May 10, 2001, is made under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules for anti-dumping duties. The rescission applies except for actions taken or omitted prior to this change. This notification is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under Notification No. 49/2001-Customs, with the reference number F.No.354/152/2000-TRU (Pt-II).
