of <h1>Tariff Values Updated for Crude Oils, Metals in Amended Notification No. 36/2001-Customs, Effective March 1, 2023.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs has amended Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) to update the tariff values for various goods, effective March 1, 2023. The amendments specify new tariff values for items such as crude palm oil, RBD palm oil, crude palmolein, RBD palmolein, crude soybean oil, brass scrap, gold, and silver. For instance, crude palm oil is set at $987 per metric tonne, while gold is valued at $586 per 10 grams. These changes are intended to align with current market conditions and regulatory requirements.
