of <h1>IGST Exemption for Non-Packaged Rab on Inter-State Supplies Under Notification No. 04/2023 Effective March 1, 2023.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 2/2017-Integrated Tax (Rate) to exempt Rab, other than pre-packaged and labelled, from Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) on inter-State supplies. This amendment, made under the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, is in the public interest and based on the Council's recommendations. The change, detailed in Notification No. 04/2023-Integrated Tax (Rate), adds a new entry under S. No. 94 in the Schedule of the original notification. This amendment takes effect on March 1, 2023.
