Effective from their publication in the Official Gazette, these amendments replace the phrase 'international credit and debit cards and as specified' with 'various electronic means and in accordance with the guidelines issued' in regulation 3(1). Additionally, the forms appended to the regulations are updated, including Postal Bill of Export - I and II, detailing requirements for exporting goods through e-commerce, such as exporter information, declarations, and parcel details.
