of <h1>Customs Notification Amended: Effective Date Changed from 30th November 2022 to 1st April 2023 u/s 51A(4.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has amended Notification No. 19/2022-Customs (N.T.) dated 30th March 2022, under the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment changes the effective date in clause 2 from '30th November, 2022' to '1st April, 2023.' This adjustment is made under the authority of sub-section (4) of section 51A of the Customs Act, 1962, and is deemed necessary by the Board. The original notification and its amendments were published in the Gazette of India.
