of <h1>India Updates Anti-Dumping Duties: Export Country for PT. Energi Sejahtera Mas Changed to Any Country, Including Indonesia.</h1> The Government of India has issued a notification amending the country of export for the producer PT. Energi Sejahtera Mas and exporter Sinarmas CEPSA Pte. Ltd. in the context of anti-dumping duties on imports of saturated fatty alcohols. The amendment changes the country of export from Singapore to any country, including Indonesia. This modification is part of an update to the original Customs notification No. 28/2018-Customs (ADD), which imposed anti-dumping duties on such imports from Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia. The new notification, No. 23/2022-Customs (ADD), was issued on July 12, 2022.
