Export clearance provision amended to include supplies as fuel to foreign-going aircraft under central excise exemption. The corrigendum amends Notification No. 08/2022-Central Excise by replacing 'when such goods are cleared for exports' with 'when such goods are cleared for exports or supplied as fuel to foreign going aircraft', expanding the scope of the export-related exemption to include supplies of fuel to foreign-going aircraft.
