of <h1>SEBI Amends Capital and Disclosure Requirements; Effective Dates Vary by Issue Size Per 2022 Regulations.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued the Second Amendment Regulations, 2022, to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. These amendments, effective upon publication in the Official Gazette, address sub-regulation (3A) of regulation 32, regulation 49, regulation 129, regulation 145, and specific clauses of Schedule XIII and Schedule XIV. For public issues under Rs. 10,000 crore opening on or after April 1, 2022, the amendments are effective from April 1, 2022. For issues equal to or exceeding Rs. 10,000 crore, the effective date is July 1, 2022.
