of <h1>Central Government De-notifies 1.716 Hectares from Tamil Nadu SEZ, Reduces Total Area to 119.788 Hectares.</h1> The Central Government has de-notified an area of 1.716 hectares from the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at the State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Industrial Growth Centre in Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Tamil Nadu. This adjustment reduces the SEZ's total area to 119.788 hectares. The de-notification was proposed by the State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited and approved by the State Government. The Development Commissioner recommended the proposal, and the land has been allocated to a unit functioning as a Domestic Tariff Area entity. The de-notified land includes specific plots in Panruti A and B villages.
