of <h1>India Lifts Anti-Dumping Duty on Alloy-Steel Bars and Rods from China Effective February 1, 2022.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has rescinded the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of 'Straight Length Bars and Rods of alloy-steel' originating from or exported by China, as per Notification No. 54/2018-Customs (ADD) dated October 18, 2018. This rescission is enacted under the powers of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and related rules, effective from February 1, 2022, while maintaining actions taken prior to this rescission. The original notification was last amended on September 30, 2021, by Notification No. 55/2021-Customs (ADD).
