of <h1>Finance Ministry Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duty on Steel Products from China and EU Under Notification No. 2/2022-Customs (ADD.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 2/2022-Customs (ADD) on January 13, 2022, rescinding Notification No. 49/2017-Customs (ADD) dated October 17, 2017. This action removes the levy of anti-dumping duty (ADD) on color-coated or pre-painted flat products of alloy or non-alloy steel originating in or exported from China and the European Union. The rescission is executed under the authority of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules, while maintaining the validity of actions taken prior to this rescission.
