of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Trailer Axles Extended Until January 2022 u/s 9A Review.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 54/2016-Customs (ADD), extending the anti-dumping duty on imports of 'Axle for Trailers' from China, initially imposed on 29th November 2016. The review, initiated on 19th April 2021, under section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act and related rules, supports the continuation of this duty. The amendment specifies that the anti-dumping duty will remain effective until 28th January 2022, unless it is revoked, superseded, or amended earlier. This action is taken by the Central Government under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act.
