of <h1>Principal Commissioner of Customs in Mumbai Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for 2002 Customs Case per Notification 30/2021.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 30/2021-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI), appointing the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs (Import-I) at New Custom House, Mumbai, as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This appointment follows a CESTAT order and previous notifications under the Customs Act, 1962. The designated authority will adjudicate the show cause notice DRI/BZU/D/21/2001 dated 13.03.2002, involving multiple noticees, including an individual and others, previously under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Customs (Adjudication) in Mumbai.
