The amendments extend specific deadlines: replacing '30th June 2021' with '31st August 2021' in clause (b), '1st July 2021' with '1st September 2021' in clause (c), and adding a new clause (d) setting '31st October 2021' as the last date under clause (l) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Act. This notification takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
