of <h1>Central Government Extends Deadlines for Vivad se Vishwas Scheme Under Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act, 2020.</h1> The Central Government, under the Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act, 2020, has extended key deadlines for the Vivad se Vishwas Scheme. Declarations regarding tax arrears must be filed by March 31, 2021. Payments under the Act are due by September 30, 2021, with a subsequent payment deadline on or after October 1, 2021. The final date for compliance under clause (l) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Act is set for October 31, 2021. This notification is effective from its publication date in the Official Gazette.
