of <h1>Uttar Pradesh extends GSTR-1 filing deadline for April 2021 to 26th of following month under GST Act 2017.</h1> The Commissioner of Commercial Tax in Uttar Pradesh has amended a previous notification related to the Goods and Services Tax (GST). This amendment extends the deadline for registered persons to submit details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 for the tax period of April 2021. The new deadline is set for the 26th day of the month following the said tax period. This change is made under the authority of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, based on recommendations from the GST Council.
