of <h1>Uttar Pradesh extends deadline for FORM GSTR-1 submissions: Monthly by 11th, Quarterly by 13th. Effective January 1, 2021.</h1> The Uttar Pradesh Commissioner of Commercial Tax has issued a notification extending the deadline for submitting details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 under the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. For each tax period, the new deadline is the 11th day of the month following the tax period. For registered persons required to file quarterly returns, the deadline is extended to the 13th day of the succeeding month. This notification, which supersedes previous notifications, will be effective from January 1, 2021.
