of <h1>Deadline for April 2021 FORM GSTR-1 Submission Extended to May 26 u/s 39(1) of CGST Act 2017.</h1> The Ministry of Finance, through the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, issued Notification No. 12/2021 on May 1, 2021, extending the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-1 for April 2021. This amendment to the previous notification (No. 83/2020) allows registered persons to furnish details of outward supplies under section 39(1) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, until the 26th of the month following the tax period. This extension aims to provide additional time for compliance with the GST filing requirements.
