of <h1>Customs Duty Exemption Extended for Inflammatory Diagnostic Kits Until October 31, 2021, as per Amended Notification No. 27/2021-Customs.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 27/2021-Customs to exempt customs duty on the import of specified inflammatory diagnostic kits until October 31, 2021. Issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, this amendment, effective from April 30, 2021, adds certain diagnostic markers such as IL6, D-Dimer, CRP, LDH, Ferritin, Pro Calcitonin, and blood gas reagents to the exemption list. This decision was made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, in the interest of public welfare. The correction to the notification was made on May 5, 2021, regarding the classification code.
