Information utility obligations require monthly updating, prompt default reporting and publication of quarterly debt statistics. Amendments require information utilities to adopt minimum service quality standards and certifications, mandate that Form C information be updated monthly (as on the last day of each month, submitted in the first week of the following month) with defaults updated within seven days, and require quarterly publication of debt statistics by currency, geography, sector, size, tenor, type, lending arrangement, and incidence of default. The Schedule's Form C is replaced to standardise exhaustive fields for debt creation, security creation and default, and to list supporting documents for authentication.
