of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Melamine Until September 2021 per Customs Notification Amendments.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has further amended Notification No. 2/2016-Customs (ADD) to extend the levy of anti-dumping duty on Melamine originating from or exported by China. This duty, initially set to expire on 31st March 2021, has now been extended until 30th September 2021. This extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and subsequent requests for extensions to prevent injury from dumped imports, as stipulated by the relevant rules.
