of <h1>India Amends Customs Notification: Changes in Tariff Classification and Duty Rates Effective From February 2021.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 15/2021-Customs to amend Notification No. 82/2017-Customs, dated 27th October 2017. The amendments involve changes in the tariff classification and duty rates in the notification's table. Specifically, serial number 1 now includes '5002' in addition to '5003,' serial number 2 changes the duty from '10%' to '15%,' and serial number 5 adds '5202' to the existing list of figures. These amendments take effect from 2nd February 2021.
