of <h1>Amendment to Courier Regulations 2020: Streamlining Import/Export of COVID-19 Vaccines, Gifts, and Samples under Form H.</h1> The Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Amendment Regulations, 2020, issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, modify the 2010 regulations. Effective upon publication, the amendments specifically address the import and export of COVID-19 vaccines. Changes include the application of regulations to vaccine-related imports and exports, the inclusion of bonafide gifts, commercial samples, prototypes, and re-export of durable containers related to COVID-19 vaccines, and updates to Form H to reflect these additions. This notification builds upon the principal notification from May 2010 and its subsequent amendments.
