of <h1>Anti-Dumping Duty on Carbon Black from China and Russia Extended Until December 2020 Under Customs Tariff Act.</h1> The notification seeks to amend a previous notification to extend the levy of anti-dumping duty on imports of 'Carbon Black used in rubber applications' from China and Russia. This duty, initially imposed by notification No. 54/2015-Customs (ADD) dated 18th November 2015, will now continue until 31st December 2020. The extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, to assess the continuation of this duty. The amendment is made by the Central Government under the powers conferred by the Customs Tariff Act and relevant rules.
