Vonda Tech Show Cause Notice Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Principal Director General of Revenue Intelligence has appointed a Common Adjudicating Authority (CAA) to oversee the adjudication of a show cause notice issued to a company, M/s. Vonda Technology Private Limited, located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This appointment is in accordance with previous notifications under the Customs Act, 1962. The CAA, Additional Director General (Adjudication) of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence in Delhi, will exercise powers and duties previously held by various customs authorities, including those at the Inland Container Depot Tughlakabad and Air Cargo Complex in New Delhi.
