of <h1>New Customs Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies Effective May 22, 2020, Replace Previous Notification /2020-Customs.</h1> Notification No. 46/2020-Customs (N.T.), issued by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs on May 21, 2020, establishes the exchange rates for converting specified foreign currencies into Indian rupees for customs purposes. Effective from May 22, 2020, these rates apply to both imported and exported goods. The notification supersedes the previous Notification No. 41/2020-Customs (N.T.) dated May 6, 2020. The exchange rates for various currencies, such as the US Dollar, Euro, and Japanese Yen, are detailed in two schedules, with distinct rates for imports and exports.
