An Approval Committee has been constituted for this SEZ, comprising various government officials and representatives. The SEZ is designated as an Inland Container Depot effective from May 12, 2020, under the Customs Act, 1962. The committee includes members such as the Development Commissioner, officials from the Ministry of Commerce, Customs, Income Tax, and representatives from the state government and the zone developer.
