of <h1>New Amendment to Companies Rules Adds Requirement to Specify Insolvency Code Section in Form No. INC-28.</h1> The Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, amends the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. Effective from its publication date, the amendment involves an addition to Form No. INC-28 in the annexure. Specifically, in serial number 5, clause (a), a new sub-clause (iii) is inserted, which requires specifying the section of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 under which an order is passed.
