of <h1>Amendment: Group 'B' Departmental Committee's Role Changed from Confirmation to Promotion for Senior Assistant Director (Forensic Audit).</h1> In the corrigendum to Notification No. G.S.R. 382(E) dated March 30, 2016, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, an amendment is made regarding the role of the Group 'B' Departmental Committee related to the position of Senior Assistant Director (Forensic Audit). The original designation of the committee as the Departmental Confirmation Committee has been corrected to the Departmental Promotion Committee. The committee consists of the Director and Additional Director of the Serious Fraud Investigation Office and the Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
