Non applicability of warehouse regulations: warehouses operating under Section 65 are excluded from these regulations upon notification. Adds a new regulation providing that nothing in the Warehouse (Custody and Handling of Goods) Regulations, 2016 shall apply to a warehouse operating under Section 65; the Amendment takes effect on publication in the Official Gazette and is made under the powers conferred by provisions of the Customs Act, 1962.
