of <h1>DRI Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority for Customs Case Involving M/s Its My Name Pvt. Ltd. and Others.</h1> The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, under the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 51/2019-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) appointing a Common Adjudicating Authority (CAA). This appointment is made in accordance with previous notifications under the Customs Act, 1962. The officer appointed as the CAA will exercise powers and discharge duties for adjudicating a show cause notice related to M/s Its My Name Pvt. Ltd. and 12 others. The adjudication involves multiple customs authorities, including the Commissioner of Customs at the Air Cargo Complex and the Additional Director General (Adjudication) in Delhi.
