Initially notified in 2005 and extended in 2008 and 2011, the project is now approved for an additional three years from the financial year 2014-15 to 2016-17, with an unchanged cost of Rs. 1.75 crore. The National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare recommended this extension, confirming the project's proper execution. No certificates will be issued for the financial year 2014-15 as it has already lapsed.
