<h1>Mumbai's 39th Sessions Court Named Special Court Under SEBI, SCR, and Depositories Acts by Central Government.</h1> The Central Government, utilizing powers from relevant sections of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992, the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, and the Depositories Act, 1996, has designated the 39th Sessions Court, City Civil Court, Greater Mumbai, as a Special Court. This designation was officially announced in a notification dated April 21, 2015, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs. The notification was later superseded by another notification dated July 17, 2019.
