This authority is designated to adjudicate a show cause notice issued to a company located in Bangalore, referenced as DRI F. No. DRI/BZU/S-IV/Enq-18 (Int-Nil)/2018 dated 09.10.2018. The appointed authority is the Additional Director General (Adjudication) from the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence in Mumbai, replacing the original adjudicating authority, the Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs in Chennai.
