of <h1>Government Rescinds 1998 Customs Notification; Anti-Dumping Duties Affected Under Section 9A of Customs Tariff Act</h1> Notification No. 105/2000-Customs, dated 21st July 2000, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, rescinds Notification No. 53/98-Customs, dated 24th July 1998. This action is taken in accordance with the powers granted by section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act and related rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission applies to all matters except those actions or omissions that occurred before this notification. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Government of India.
