Common Adjudicating Authority appointed to streamline adjudication of specified customs show cause notices under the Customs framework. Officers listed in column (5) of the Table are appointed to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority, exercising the powers and discharging the duties of the officers in column (4) in respect of the noticees in column (2) for adjudication of the show cause notices specified in column (3).
