of <h1>Central Government Rescinds Notification No. 136/99-Customs Under Section 9A, Rule 13 on Anti-Dumping Duties.</h1> Notification No. 95/2000-Customs, dated June 28, 2000, issued by the Central Government, rescinds Notification No. 136/99-Customs, dated December 29, 1999. This action is taken under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, in conjunction with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission applies except for actions taken or omitted before this notification.
