of <h1>Central Government Rescinds Notification on Anti-Dumping Duties Under Section 9A and Rule 13 of Customs Tariff Act.</h1> Notification No. 92/2000-Customs, dated 21st June 2000, issued by the Central Government, rescinds Notification No. 137/99-Customs dated 29th December 1999. This action is taken under the authority of sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and rule 13 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995, concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission does not affect actions taken or omitted under the previous notification before this rescission.
